Terms of service
Last updated November 3, 2026
These terms apply when you use Pammy (pammy.ai), the assistant you use on WhatsApp, run by Pammy (CNPJ 46.606.655/0001-09). By messaging Pammy or using pammy.ai, you agree to them. How Pammy handles your data, including Gmail data, is in the privacy policy.
1. What Pammy is
Pammy is an AI assistant on WhatsApp. It can build and run a website for your business, keep your agenda and reminders, work with documents, images and videos, search the web, make phone calls you ask for, work on websites for you and, if you connect it, help with your Gmail. Pammy is free during the beta. Features may change while it’s in beta; when a change matters to you, Pammy tells you in the chat.
2. Your account
- Messaging Pammy’s number creates your account, linked to your WhatsApp number. Use your own number and keep your phone safe: whoever can use your WhatsApp can use your Pammy.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
3. What Pammy does for you
- Pammy acts only on what you ask. Before anything final, such as sending an email, paying, ordering, booking, cancelling or changing an account, it shows you the details in WhatsApp and waits for your approval. Check them: what you approve is done as you approved it.
- Scheduled emails, outreach and other routines you set up run on their own after you approve them, until you stop them.
- Pammy calls only the numbers you ask it to, says it is your AI assistant, never calls emergency or premium numbers, and makes at most 5 calls a day for you.
- On other websites, Pammy uses your own accounts when you ask and never types passwords, card numbers or bank details. Pammy never moves money between people or accounts.
4. Using Pammy fairly
You agree not to use Pammy to:
- break the law or anyone’s rights, including their privacy and intellectual property;
- send spam or unwanted emails, messages or calls, or contact people without the consent the law requires (outreach must be lawful and relevant to the people you contact);
- harass, threaten, deceive or impersonate anyone;
- make sexual content involving minors, hateful or violent content, or content meant to mislead people;
- get around the security or limits of Pammy, Google, WhatsApp or other services, or overload them.
Pammy may refuse a request, and may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
5. Gmail and other services
Connecting Gmail is optional, and you can disconnect it at any time by sending DISCONNECT GMAIL. Pammy uses Gmail data only for the features you use, as described in How Pammy uses Gmail and the privacy policy, and in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. WhatsApp, Google and the websites you ask Pammy to use have their own terms, which also apply to you.
6. Your content
- What you send Pammy stays yours. You allow Pammy to process it only to do what you ask and to run the service, as the privacy policy explains.
- You may use what Pammy makes for you (websites, documents, images, videos, songs) as you like, as long as the material you gave it was yours to use.
- Files are kept for 7 days. Save the ones you want to keep.
7. Websites Pammy builds
Your website is built and hosted with Lovable. You are responsible for what your site says and offers, and for your dealings with your customers and their bookings. Pammy may take down a site that breaks these terms or the law.
8. AI can make mistakes
Pammy’s answers, summaries, documents and calls are made with AI and can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important. Pammy does not give professional medical, legal, financial or tax advice.
9. No guarantees
Pammy is provided as it is, especially during the beta. It may sometimes be unavailable, and messages, reminders or alerts may arrive late or not at all, for example when WhatsApp can’t deliver them. Don’t rely on Pammy alone for anything urgent or critical. As far as the law allows, Pammy is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data, or for what other services do. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.
10. Stopping
You can stop at any time: send STOP to stop messages, or ask Pammy to delete your account and its data. Pammy may stop offering the service, and will tell you in advance when it can.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in WhatsApp. Using Pammy after a change means you accept it.
12. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without taking away the consumer protections of the country where you live. For questions, message Pammy on WhatsApp.
